So it's not a secret that filming is happening in various areas of Morocco for this movie. But what is not commonly know is that filming in Marrakech is going to be at my office this upcoming week. I probably shouldn't have mentioned, but I just had to share.
In alternate more perhaps important news the Secretary of State is also in Marrakech this week. Apparently Marrakech is very popular all of a sudden.

why are they filming in your office? Its too bad the hotel isn't finished!!! although with them being in Morocco perhaps it will become the next happening place for trendy travelers :)
ReplyDeleteI was going to post something on your facebook to ask if you could provide updates because CLEARLY the whole city of Marrakech (as large as it is, hello the size of LA?) has nothing going on other than this American crap, and I caught myself because that would be ridiculous, right? That Nuala would care about filming this week, especially with a trip to Spain and all? BUT NO!!!! I KNEW I LIKED YOU FOR A REASON! See, give me Sandra Bullock, give me Oprah, give me Ryan Reynolds, whatever, no biggie, give me Brad Pitt and (OK that was a little tense but I didn't actually come across him) not a problem, give me Tom Hanks, right on, cool, I may mention it to mom, maybe not, but give me that movie and I become a giddy school girl. Seriously! HOW EXCITING!!! Give me the scoop, something, any detail whatsoever - shoes, hair, anything, you have full permission to stalk. You must stalk, you must you must you must....... This is your mission if you choose to accept it. This is your duty as an American.
ReplyDeleteWell I just found out yesterday that access to our office has been restricted and we're no longer allowed on property this week. Seriously! They decide the day before. whatever
ReplyDeletebut once I'm allowed back I'll stalk like there is no tomorrow. Or I'll just stay in my office and try to peak my head around the corner hoping for glimpse of something when no one is looking.
